Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be submitted to the finance and sales department of EnKonversations - Interactive Marketing within seven days of purchase. You can submit your cancellation requests with details through email at sales@enKonversations.com. After receipt of your request, our accounts department will issue a confirmation and advise you on the further process.

Refund Policy at EnKonversations - Interactive Marketing:

EnKonversations - Interactive Marketing will only refund the service charges if cancellation request has been sent to us within seven days of purchase. EnKonversations - Interactive Marketing does not offer any refund for the transaction charges (And or bank charges), Amount paid to third parties, for the services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for EnKonversations - Interactive Marketing.
