Sometimes there has to be something that is bigger and more meaningful than ourselves; to get us up and off of the couch. This is awesome because with each crunch that is performed, there is potential to raise funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. If you don’t know much about St. Jude, it is a research center for the treatment of pediatric and other catastrophic childhood diseases.
